History
The company was founded by Carlo Revello and it is located in La Morra – the hearth of Langhe. After years of work in the family business – where he developed a great experience, Carlo decided to start a new chapter with his wife and sons. Their production is small for quantity, but high-quality. The wines represent the territory in a reliable way, from the freshness of Barbera to the strong tannin of Barolo. The aim is to propose an important wine like Barolo in a more traditional way, but without renouncing modern technology, using large barrels for the maturation and refinement of the wine instead of barriques.
People
Carlo Revello: 30 years of work experience in the world of wine. From the vineyard to the delivery of the product. Since 2016 ha has been running this new company, supported by his wife Paola and his sons Erik and Niklas. Erik Revello: born in 1995, during his studies at the oenology high school Umberto I in Alba, developed a great passion for the world of wine; he made some experiences both in Langhe and abroad. Niklas Revello: born in 1999, he is now studying engineering at Politecnico of Turin. Paola Lili Brosow/Revello: born in Stockholm, she first moved to Austria in order to finish her university studies, and then to Italy for love. She helps in the family business, but she also manages a wineshop – called Wine Not? – in the centre of La Morra.
Vineyards
The hectares of cultivated vineyards with Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo da Barolo are six and they are all located in the village of La Morra.
Wines
The wines produced represent the main features of the territory: Barolo, Barolo R.G., Langhe Nebbiolo, Barbera d’Alba Superiore and Dolcetto d’Alba.
